Loire Valley
Crisp, fresh and fruity is how many would describe the wine from the Loire Valley. With the river Loire running through the region it has supplemented the climate and growing conditions resulting in a variety and range of outstanding wine and phenomenal natural beauty.
The Loire valley is divided into three sections. The Upper Loire which is predominantly Sauvignon blanc, the Middle Loire is predominantly Chenin blanc and the Lower Loire is predominantly Melon de Bourgogne.
Known as the Garden of France, the Loire Valley boasts a wealth of fairytale castles, winding rivers and some of the prettiest villages of France.
