Two night’s accommodation in an elegant 3* Hotel (4* options available). A stone’s throw from the Latin Quarter, near the Lyon and Austerlitz stations, the hotel enjoys pleasant surroundings in a lively neighborhood.
 
 
Evening:
We propose dinner at le Petit Marguery, very close to your hotel- Good French restaurant with menus available from 30€ (dinner not included  
 
We highly recommend a walk down the vineyards to see the World Famous Château Margaux Estate
 
       
  Day 2:

Wine & Cheese? Beginning with a flute of Champagne, you will be expertly guided through a wonderful tasting experience by our French sommelier. The new twist on a tasting lunch will allow you to learn first hand about food and wine pairing as well as wine tasting techniques. You’ll leave your tasting with a better understanding of France’s major wine regions and with a greater appreciation for French wine, including its Champagne

 
  Cruise: 18.00hrs Champagne Tasting Cruise – at the front of the boat in a private room, enjoy the Sommelier’s Champagne presentation while tasting 3 champagnes, as you cruise down the River Seine. Passing some of Paris’ most famous monuments, your sommelier will provide insight into the history and meaning of these monuments throughout the cruise

Whether you are a wine novice or a real connoisseur, this wine tasting is made for you! You will taste a wonderful variety of French wines: from Alsace to Bordeaux, from Burgundy to the Rhone Valley... With a unique and refreshing approach, the French sommelier will teach you how to read a French label and how to navigate a wine list. You will also learn about wine techniques for appreciation and strategies for pairing food and wine! SmoothRed propose a visit to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. We will be happy to make suggestions for boat cruises on the Seine    
 
Lunch:
Enjoy a bottle of wine and lunch in one of the many Brassries that line the streets or perhaps a Picnic by the River Seine opposite Notre Dame might be more appealing (not included)
