“The weekend went fantastically well and everyone had a great time. As you said, the hotel should probably be four stars - it was very sleek indeed. The two restaurants you recommended were both very good. The Brasserie de Boulangrin was especially good value. The visit to the smaller champagne house on day two was superb. We were the only group there and it was all very personal and charming. Clicquot was a very impressive place as well, albeit very commercial. I think the contrast between the small house first and large house second worked very well. Happy to recommend the trip to any group”
